5.1Uncoiler
Structure:beconsisted of rack, scraping head and carrier roller etc.

5.2 Pinching&leveling Machine
Structure:two pinching roller, five levelling roller, feed the steel by the planetarycycloidal reducer.

Function: leadthe strip head into the uncoiler,and level the strip.
5.3 Shearing&Buttwelding Device
Structure:Composed of butt-welding stand, and frontal&back pressing plate.
Function: to cutplate end&tail by plasma, then align and butt-weld them.
5.4 vertical roller Electric
Structure: composed of transmission device,vertical roll device and the pedestal, regulated by screwguide.
Function:Electrically align the strip and bidirection adjust, is used to regulatecenterization and profile-guide strip
5.5 rotary shearing
Structure:consists of two arches ,which put theshear blades on the arches to cut passively.
Bladediameter :320mm,material:6CrW2Si.
Heatingtreatment and quenching hardness : HRC54-58.
Function:to shear the flash away from two sides,and gaps adjustment from top to bottomby screws ,from left to right by turbo rod.
5.6 delivering machine
Structure:be made up of the body machine,shafts-combination apparatus and cycloidreducer.
Function:to drive the unit of spiral welding pipe for transmitting material to next.

5.7 pre-bending guides
Structure: involves vertical stands and guides for up and down.

Function: to deliver the steel strips to the forming machine.
5.8 forming machine
Structure:Consist of pedestal, revovling axle, vertical roller, tensile device, 1# ,2#,3# forming roller and 4# ,5# ,6# ,7#,8#external control roller.
Function: Key equipment of the pipe line, used to force the strip bending into tubewaitingforwelding
5.9 front axle
Structure:it is made of section and steels.
Axleswinging cylinder : φ100/70×500
Function: all units’seats before forming and can revise forming angles.
5.10 rear axle
Function:Carrier of pipe carrying&output device and flying saw car.

Structure:bridge body, output carrierroll, supporting wheel, plate turnover mechanism, roller wheel device andfine-tuning device.
