5.9 Guideand pre-bending board:
Function:Unilaterally pre-bend the strip edge before moving into forming machine andprevent from curving and humping . Roller, with the protective function, canachieve normal operation when sheet thickness changed, to ensure strip deliversmoothly.
Structure: is composedof pre-bending device, guide board device, pedestal
5.10 Forming machine:
Function: key equipment of the pipe line, used to forcethe strip bending into tube waiting for welding
Structure: consists of the base, vertical roll,tensioner and forming roll 1# ,2# ,3# andoutside control roll 4 ,5 ,6 ,7,8
Unit form: frontal swinging, left spiral
Adjusting way: threerollers bend, all outside controll rollers adjustable
Strip positioning style: center positioning

5.11 Frontal axle:
Function: pedestalof equipment before forming, push the bridge body swiveling by hydrauliccylinder to produce forming angle
Structure: iscomposed of bridge body and run mechanism
5.12 Rearaxle:
Function: pipecarrier&output device and flying saw car after forming machine, can adjustdefault of pipe during forming machine by fine-tuning angle.
Structure: include bridge body, outputcarrier roll, dimensioning device, plate turnover mechanism, roller wheeldevice, fine-tuning device and rear axle
Fine-tuning angle: ±1°
5.13 Flyingsaw machine:
Function: to cut theformed and welded pipe according to dimensioning length into finished pipe
Structure: includepedestal, pneumatic system, car body, crown chakra device and walking mechanism.

5.14 Buriedparts:
Guide rail tobear frontal&rear axle, covering guide rail and anchor bolt
5.15 Insidewelding device:
To fix and adjustinside welding tool and ensure to centerize seam and weld
